Starting to get that little itch again.....
Bought the GS in Oct 07 and have 22k miles on it. I'm thinking that 30k miles is about the right time to trade it in for something else so probably 3 months from now. Anything over that will probably result in that oh so familiar ankle grab at the dealership. So here are my thoughts....
545i - questionable looks, high price and end of current model's life.
335i - looks great, right price point, great performance.... not a bad choice IMO but still an entry level BMW with entry level quality.
G35 - don't know anything about it
G37 coupe - don't know anything about it
Accord EX V6 - not a fan of the new body but might grow on me, probably my 1st choice based on price alone.
LS460 - a little over the top for a long distance commute beater car but still in the running and probably my 2nd choice.
Audi A6 - never had an Audi before
Ford F150 truck - what am I thinking?!?! Always wanted a truck.
Toyota Tundra - now a bad looking truck.
Any prev Accord owners here? Have never had a Honda before.

My previous car was an 2005 Accord EX-L V6 with Nav, and I must said it was very good, I didn't had a single issue with it, no rattle, no mechanical problem, no nothing, rock solid, comfort was great, performance adequate, for a 30k car it's hard to find better. That said the GS is way nicer, interior materials, performance, ride quality, it's in different league all together.
Is that a typo or you are actually driven 22k miles in 3 months ? If it is so just take the LS460 (with radar cruise control !) and enjoy you ride everyday !

You won't be happy with Honda's leather. It's pretty cheap. I had a TL and it had wrinkles on the seat bottom leather within the first two weeks. Also, Honda Motor has horrible customer service... if you ever have to call the 1800 number to get something worked out...you will quickly come across some of the rudest uncaring people whose training consists solely of learning how to master saying "that's normal" and "that's not warrantied". I had to go through arbitration to make them repurchase my car. Don't get me wrong...when the cars work they are great but if you ever have a problem that your dealer can't handle...Honda/Acura will give you the middle finger.
Out of your choices...it's like asking people what color to get...there are some very nice choices out there but go with what you fall for....for what it's worth...i predict you'll soon be bringing home a new LS460. =)
Also, since you're a dentist and this wouldn't even put a dent in your wallet...might I suggest looking into a Range Rover (full fledged or sport). Very nice suv's indeed in case that would satisfy your "truck" desire.

Oops, I meant Oct 2006. It's too bad the GS isn't up for a redesign soon or I would get another GS. The Honda seems like a good choice but who knows, I have about 3 months to decide. BTW, my dash rattle came back today. Argh!!!!

get the g35. intermediate price relative and 95% bmw performance with 306 hp. I had a first gen g35. The second gen I have driven many times and its a solid ride.lot and lots of power, good looks , and not as exspensive as a bmw or lexus ls. I am a huge g35 fan and fanatic

If it was me I'd get a GS 460. A brand new GS is still VERY cool, even if you've been driving one for a year...lots more power, nicer leather, and if you like light colours the new body kit/whees looks very chic. When I upgraded from my '06 GS 300 to my '07 I still got 100% of the new car buzz. Also consider that you should get a great deal trading up, and they'll even let you continue using your car while they're sorting out your new one. I think an Accord is really a step down after the GS, and the Infiniti G is pointless if you already have a Porsche...I'm actually considering an LS at the moment for '08 since they continued the GS 300/430 for 2008 in the Middle East
