Need to lower headrest - HOW???
In the spirit of big brother, it appears that the 3GS, until the 2GS, figures that it alone will control the heigth of my headrest based on how tall it guesses I am based solely on how close I am to the gas petal. This is really stupid!
How do I get control of the driver's side headrest to set it where I want it, not where my car wants it? Surely there must be an override to this braindead approach.
Help please!?

errr..... you never read the manual, do you? 
it's explained clearly in there
right by one of the stud (the one closer to the center console, on the seat leather, there is an imprint. press on it and you can manually control the height

Actually I did read the manual. I did not realize that the instructions were continued on the next page. I did as you suggested and it worked fine. Thanks!!
