If you have a burned audio CD from MP3's and you use a program like Nero or EZ CD Creator, it will actually display your tracks on the display. This even works on other Lexus models with No NAV like the RX330/350 and those other Lexus headunits capable of displaying RDS and TEXT.

Yup, it works fine with a burned audio CD full of MP3s -- what I thought it ought to also do is display the info on a store-bought CD. If it doesn't, that may be the last CD I ever buy at a store, since I don't like guessing which of slots 1-6 contains the CD I want to listen to.
