Default Brake Noise

So after the rain storm in Southern California my brakes started to squeal when I braked to a stop but the brake pads are fine has when I took it to the dealer today. I did change the pads and resurfaced the rotors at a local shop a month ago where I take my LX470. The squeal happens alot but not sometimes. Does anyone know what the reason of this squeal is? I might take it back for a 2nd opinion but the performance of the brakes is still great just a loud squeal.

Brake squeal is caused by the brake pad vibrating against the rotors. Did the last person who changed your pads add anti-squeal to the backside of the pads? Are you using OEM Lexus pads or aftermarket?
