So for Christmas today I got the SLi2 Kit from Vais Tech. The company that s going to do install locally said people have complained about the volume level of the unit. Has any one else experienced this?

 

No problems here. Installed my SLi2 three or four months ago on an GS430 with ML and have not noticed a volume difference (high or low) at all.

 

Cool. I am hoping that since this is the second generation of the product they may have addressed this issue in the new one. The installer did say that last time he worked with the Vais kit was several years ago.

 

No issues with my VAIS unit either... sound level is not a problem at all....

 

No complaints really but it is a little lower than other sound sources even set at the max.
