Default '08 GS350 Setabelt Buzzer fix not working

I've tried the instructions to disable the seatbelt buzzer several times in an '08 GS350 (windows up and down), no luck... Has anybody been successful on an '08?

spent plenty of time looking around on the forum, keep running into the same set of instructions...

New to CL and loving it!

O, i haven't tried it personally, I will attempt it tonight

*sorry to go offtopic, but tommy, do we wax the clear bra like we would with regular paint? or just clean it with detailer followed by Plexus

As far as i know, we can wax the clear bra just like its paint. That's what i was been told by aerotect. I'll use the PLEXUS or Meguiar quick detailer after i wash the car.

in the later part of the post, someone mentioned the need to hold the ODO button for 30 seconds instead of 10 on the first post, that worked on the 07

try that

*PS: Thanks tommy !

it worked for me, just hold the buttons for 20-30 seconds, then DON'T LET GO of the OBO button until the seat buzzer sign shows up, takes couple seconds after the seat belt is plugged in

I had my dealer turn the seatbelt buzzer off along with the DRL's- no charge.
I highly recommend this "customization" as it really makes a difference.

The fix worked! However, I had to hold the ODO button a lot longer then 10 - 15 seconds...

Thanks for all the help!!

I've tried everything, it doesn't work on my 2008 gs350 awd
The buzzer is the only thing I really hate about the car.
I hope someone can help...
