get an 07 GS430 the best of both worlds you get your gen 5 nav and the V8

Wouldn't this be an advantage though of the 430 with the V8 engine - being that its tried and proven for all of those years? I love em both, but this was one of my thoughts (but please set me straight)

Go with the GS430 (2006) if you will keep the car longer then 7..8 years. But no matter how you choose (and if I was to consider resale value), with a new model 2 years away, doesn't make much a difference. Ask anyone trying to sell a previous generation GS.
