Anyways, I've had an MY05 W203 also and I think the GS300 would suit you very well. It's a little bigger with more power and luxury. If you can stretch it though, definitely look for a 350. The updates are worth it.

I just pulled the trigger (last weekend) and picked up a sweet GS 300 w/ only 10k miles, loaded up. The 350 is a better vehicle but can be up to 7 or 8 grand more. I kept second guessing myself about not getting the 350, but I love this vehicle! It's a blast to drive and you'll never be sorry either way.

I owned an 03 Toyota Crown 3.0, 04 ES330, 01 E320, 01 S280, 06 ML350, 05 LS430 and now i just bought 05 GS300 and i could only say if there is nothing like the Lexus. Its smooth and quiet and always impressed me, well the crown is also included. Well I have much more history into that especially here (Indonesia). I sold and bought those cars and let me tell you, Lexus has preety much been very reliable!

To me RELIABLITY (Toyota) is more important than BRAND (BMW or MB), but...

LEXUS = (BRAND + RELIABILTY) x 100 !!!
