did you get the tires/wheels balanced? are the stock wheels bent?

there are too many factors that can contribute to vehicle shaking at high speed, lugs were just one of them. just have to rule out the possibility and narrow it down.

whlkev is correct, balancing them should be redone to double check if the wheels are bent or anything.

if u feel that the seat is shaking around that 60mph its the rear wheels, but if u feel it shaking from the steering wheel then its the fronts.

having a combo of both of these wheels, u wont really know what is shaking. put on the full set of wheels (same front and back) and see if the 16s shake or not.
