I just called my Lexus in Hawaii. they said there was no tsb or anything for this. While she didn't come out and say it, she didn't think there was any issues with squeeking sounds. They will still check in MARCH 18(i'm guessing its the earliest date they got for me that had a loaner available.) when my car goes in for maintanance.

So just to make sure... My car has a creeking sound of plastic rubbing in the upper center console and vents. I'm only guessing its from right there cuz the sound seems like it goes away if I push on the upper left corner. And I can feel the gap between the center console and the vent change in size when driving.
Also it doesnt seem to happen if its really cold.

It's abnormal. I got a creak there as well. It's REALLY REALLY bad. My car is at the dealer right now with the entire dash taken out....

So... I know somewhere else on a post, someone said there was a tsb for this. And even that some Lexus dealers are smart enough to install felt or something to stop the squeeking. Can someone please post that? I tried a search, but it didn't pull up what I wanted.

maybe this will help you. EACH link has at least one picture and information about the TSB. Look over them ALL, print them out, and bring them in.
THERE IS a TSB out for the windshield creaking, don't let them pull a fast one on you. Don't let them try to "lie".

i had my car taken in for tapping sound near the windshield. they kept it for a week and fixed it.

Hmm I wonder if they told me that because I said it was center dash and not the windshield area.... hmm

Actually I just had my car back from the dealer and been told that the rattles and squeeks were because 4 or five plastic buttons fixing the dasboard to the chassis which they have changed for rubber ones. Don't know if its true but the rattles are gone at the moment...

god I hope they can fix mine. I just started hearing mine over the past 2-3k miles. I live in AZ (where we can legally use radar detectors) so I thought it was my radar detector vibrating against the windshield
