i notice the same thing on my front seats...i am 160 but my lady is a buck even and even she leaves imprints. i guess the leather is just a little loose. i wonder if it has anything to do with using the heated seats or the AC seats. in fact that is one of the reasons we bought an 08 highlander over the RX350...the leather is real loose on those 350s.

You bought a Highlander instead of the RX because of butt print?

not so much a problem with the imprint...that is just in my gs...more because the leather was real loose on the RX and she didn't like that so much. i was really impressed with the changes Toyota made to the highlander for 08...so much so that we bought one over the RX...price was lower...and to me the highlander has a lot of lexus ammentities with a lower sticker...and it takes 87 rather than 93.

We look at both the Highlander and the RX, both were nice vehicles, I actually like the interior of the Highlander better but cannot get pass the look of the exterior. The Highlander has so far been pretty disappointing for Toyota, no where near the increase in sales numbers as other re-designs. The loose leather is actually no big deal, our old Gx was the same way and the leather lasted for years. Lexus leather is better quality than Toyota's.

I found on my first ES350 – 07 I used the Lexus leather conditioner on my new seats and it made the leather seats to soft and lose, yes the seats still looked the same shape but I noticed that the leather wasn’t as tight as before. It could be your using to much cleaner/conditioner on your seats and that may be the problem your having. I’ve used no leather conditioning products on my new GS350 seats and the seat leather is still as tight as the day I bought the car. Hope this helps.

Unfortunately, this is not the case, although I wish it was..then I'd know what to do to handle the issue here..

You guys are hilarious!! I'll try to attach some pictures and you guys can assess the problem...
