Welcome. As for the modifying sequence, there is no set of rules. I found most people start with wheels, springs, lights, exhaust, air intake, and then body kit. In my opinion, the 06-07 GS OEM 18” 5-spoke wheel is more attractive than many aftermarket ones and I like the cosmetics stuff like body kits. Go with what you feel the most important on your list.
