Lexus doesn't do much of that badge differentiation.
The IS250/350 look virtually identical.
The early SC300/400 had slightly different front facia's but they were the same after 97+.

As far as I know the differences are mainly a few standard features on the 460 that are options on the 350. The 460 also has a unique V8 "growl".

As far as I am concerned, the biggest difference between the 350 and the 460 is the active Stabilizer option, thats a cutting edge technology.

Are there any equipment/exterior differences between the GS350 and the hybrid besides the rims and the exterior badges?

On the inside the AWD models have an extra hump in the front (?) and the hybrids have a smaller trunk (for battery).

i don't think you'll ever see a GS 300 / 350 with the radar cruise-pre-collision system or parking sensors. Even though they appear to be options, technically, I've never come across one.

Look for parking sensors on the GS460 that come standard, GS350 does not have them.

The GS350's parking sensor is optional. It kind of a force option here in New England, every GS have them. Here in New England, the GS350 offer one of the best option that the GS460 doesnt not offer, AWD.
