it's really easy, probably takes 15-30 seconds to take off all 3 pieces of the covers.

just plastic clips, you can't screw anything up, just make sure they don't fall into the engine bay, one of mine popped in there, can't find it

Thanks so much for the pics!!
My powerbulbs.com purchase should be in in like 1.5 weeks. I got the bulbs for the rear as well.
Ive been looking at various LED and other options and these Osram bulbs look great. Based on the color of the bulb itself, I would have guessed them to be bluer, but they look great!
Time for me to find a 6k D4S bulb now...

What I've decided to use currently, the color is whiter than stock and just flows better with my 6000k low beam IMO

Autolumination - 194 Oval Leds Bulbs - $2.49 each, I bought the cheapest one on there to test the color

On with my xenondepot 6000k D4S - probably works better with 8000k

lol your question is totally confusing?

in the very LAST picture, the bluish one on the (passenger) side is the LED. The almost OEM color one (driver) side is the Osram Cool Blue

hope that helps?

Whlkev, those Osram cool blue look pretty white and they look pretty bright too. Are they as brighter than the M4?

unfortunately, i can't comment on the M4 since i do not have that to compare, altho I am very tempted to try those too.

they are whiter than the stock and i would say almost the same brightness, they are free, so can't complain

I'll get another set for free when my rear silvervisions come

i will probably sell all these excess bulbs/leds I have once I find the one i want.

Alright Kev, you're going to have to keep us up to date on all your light mods. In a perfect world, I'd like to see 1 post with a pic of the lights and an arrow pointing to each id'ing the name and where you got it. I'm having trouble keeping all of these straight. I'm waiting on my Philips Silver Vision WY21W's from Power bulbs now... but I do want to go to an all white look as well. Thanks for all your help, and we appreciate all your leg work here. Thanks..

Before I start the pictures, i just want to thank cliffud for his donated LED and the new awesome 6000k HID bulbs

on to the pictures..

Inverted LED

On with new mobilehid.com 6000k HID

unfortunately, due to the design of the high beam reflector housing, the inverted LED don't seem to work too well, however, these will probably work much better for interior LED

A lot of people asked how the Osram Cool Blue Bulbs look , so here is a comparison to stock bulbs

left in pic [OEM], right in pic [OSRAM]

again, much whiter and just seems to be my choice again

12x LED trunk mod - picture don't do justice, much brighter in person

Silvervision Bulbs

I will continue at my other posted thread

whlkev, those trunk light looks nice. Where did you buy those and was it plug and play? Did you do anything with the red lights on the doors yet, they are a bit dim too IMO?

i got it from a local shop - Music Box in CA that also did my HID fog. yes it was plug and play as the one i got has multiple adapters to work with our car.

they also sell those here i believe - http://autolumination.com/

just find the type of bulb that's in the trunk and just buy the LED panel that goes with it, much cheaper on this site than what I paid. Tommy on CL has the 24x LED compared to my 12x, his is even crazier.

I am not going to touch the red light on the door as that's for safety so people can see my door opening in pitch black, there is already LED underneath, the red is just a cover I believe.
