Went to Park Place Lexus for 5000 mile change and asked about it
Service Writer said that there was no adjustment and they are all that way. Suggested that the next time I get a survey from Lexus I write in that the volume is off

That is what I figured. The guys that can't hear the difference, may be a little on the deaf side.
