I was actually try to do the same deal but I just can not do it because I can not let my 3GS go. I might just lease an ISF to drove it for fun.

Guys thanks for all your feeback. After couple nights of thinking and digesting all the facts i came to a decision. I'll keep my baby due to its still new and i like the size and shape of the car. I've already invested alot of money on mods. I think its more practical for me. Main reason i decided not to do the trade because i didnt want to take the big hit on $$$. I'll wait till the IS-F goes down in prices, and pick up a used one in the future or maybe wait for the GS-F if it does come out.

Thanks to couple of veterans CL buddies that i known for over 5 years and brought some sense to me.

No ML, Yes Park Assist
This local Lexus dealership really dropped their pants.. they were offering below invoice if he picked a car from the lot (his car was DX from another dealership, he did pay for flatbed)... He got a good deal...

Thought park assist only comes with cars equipped with Mark Levinson/Navigation combo.

I checked out the IS-F this weekend. Sure it looks good and all, but honestly, it wasn't all that impressive to me. You're making the right decision to keep your GS. If you were gonna spend that kind of money, I'd say get a monster like a C63 AMG

Very common here in pacific north west. When I bought mine, almost all had part assist but none had ML.
