Default Trade in value '08GS350 to 08 IS-F

What is a good offer trade in value? I own my new GS350 for 3 months and i put in 2700 miles on it. Of course i will put my car back to stock. I still owe little under 15k on the GS350 to pay off.

No i'm not kevin.. I was at Newport Lexus last friday and test drove a white/black IS-F and fell in love with it. The sales man really really pushed me really hard and tried to convince me to trade in my GS350. I declined and left cuz i wanted couple of days to think over it.

For some reason KBB only has pricing on 07, so I'm figuring about 39-44K.

Try Carmax, for a real world quote on what you can realistically expect to get in this current economy. AutoTrader will get you alot of looky-loos, tire-kickers and flakers...

Good luck Tommy. Hate to say it, but with your irreversible mods, Carmax will most likely not consider your vehicle.

I would have to disagree, I think 35k to 36k (for trade-in)...and the dealer will sell it for 40k... my friend got new 08gs350awd w/ navi for under 45k...

What was the MSRP of the GS and how much did he put down. Did he have a trade if any?

Edit: Also, was this just an 08 GS350 AWD w/NAV only? Did it have Mark Levinson and Park Assist or not. I'm guessing no.

clear bra and tint and nav hacks are gone, but that's like 1k? that's not too bad. coilovers and visors and roof spoiler he can always sell

and the wheels, possible, though i doubt about the rears. and prepare for some serious fender mods

see tommy, we are helping here

The only non reversible mods will be the fenders.. I have all of them shaved to fit and clear my agressive wheel setup.. Everything else i can sell.

The shaved fenders are not but the liners are replaceable. That is something a buyer looks for (body work) when doing an appraisal.

ah true, the fenders and liners. it depends on the private buyer, some might not bother
