Default Feedback to Lexus

Anyone know the best way to give feedback to Lexus on their Service?

Not happy that I have to give the Service Manager the TSB # for a fix on my car... given the fix is for the '08 GS not starting and he said he was 'looking into the fix' 2 weeks ago. The fix has been out for some time.

Just feel customer service should be better... especially on a fix like this one.

go to lexus.com and contact, i always do that and get my response

Yes you can contact the Lexus Customer Care line and they can assist you with your needs and concerns.

hit them up either via webmail or phone. if you provide reasonable feedback you'll get a response. my experience is that they take it seriously.

The dealership left their standard message on my machine at home, asking if I was 100% satisfied... I'll give them a call directly today. If this doesn't get a positive response, then I'll hit Lexus direct.
