In Mid April, Lexus is offering IS many performance accessories (http://www.lexus.com/f-sport/index.html), there are a few items could be offered to GS lineup without or with minimum adjustments such like Exhaust System, 19-Inch Forged Alloy Wheels, Lowering Spring Set, etc. Any thoughts?

 

I am completely on board. I was at the dealership and I asked them if I could get the IS-F wheels and a Lexus Exhuast, etc would allow us in house tuning. Basically he told me that the dealership doesn't target GS owners as they are an older group, but I think that young or old, we like performance and style.

i think lexus is trying to weather the storm. if the feedback is good on the fsport items on the is, i am sure they will extend the line to gs as well. especially if they are coming out with the gs-f too

at least for starters i think the fsport brakes will fit on the gs

 

Agree. Like I said, I wish Lexus will give GS a try if the F-sport shows enough owner interest... Factory tuned Exhaust, Air Intake, and Springs appeal the most to me

 

I agree with you all, I really wish that factory can do something about our GS in terms of tuning it.....

i was reading motortrend the other day and saw the ad from lexus on fsport. very nice. i think i am just not very sure if they are going to get enough market for it. that's going to be critical for them to decide about fsport on the gs

There are talks to offer it to the GS and other models. Since some of the parts are already shared, some can cross into the other models.
