Not too many available and it's popular somehow at $82K.
Those buyers must be mentally ill to pay $82 large for a new luxury SUV today.

That's $82K plus $5k over sticker.
Dealers are only getting a few of the 570s.

The filthy rich don't care about vehicle cost or gas prices.
They want it....they buy it.....they fill it up at $150 and just don't care.

Yeah, my mistake. I didn't mean the first few months when 3GS was released. I went through that same ordeal back in '98 when I bought a 99 3.2 TL for sticker. High demand low supply always equals sticker or higher!

the '99 3.2 TL was in high demand? Since when?
As I recall Acura really struggled to move the first 2 iterations of the TL.

The TL really didn't get hot until the current gen launched in '04. I even considered one, as a low-end choice. but it was just too stiff.

I remember when the Dodge Viper first came out, people were paying as much as double msrp for a while. I think they were basically all sold before they hit the dealer, but the buyer had to accept allowing their car to sit on a showroom floor for some period.

The first Vette Z06's were bringing in $10K over sticker to dealers.

Well I know in the south, which is where I live, I had to wait 3-4 for months for my car. Maybe it was because I wanted Navi but I still didn't the colors that I wanted. I would of had to wait 2 more months. Maybe it was just down here?
