You are getting there...the best price I have seen for a AWD with ML is about $45,700...they should be hungry enough to drop more. Sales are sluggish at best. Good luck.

Hey we picked up our new GS350 last night. We actually bought it the same day too and the only difference I know of is that ours did not have the ML sound system and it came w/ 18'' optional wheels. Black on black too

Ours had a sticker of $49-50ish, we ended up paying 44250 after tax/tag/title etc... (This is with a $2000 trade-in) Bought 7yr 75000mi warranty and walked out the door paying 46000 even.
