Yep.. The low beam right now is the "D2C" bulb.. I have actually 2 sets of D2C bulbs. The first set I ordered was 13000k and its hideous. That is why I decided to order the 6000k D2C bulbs. So the experience was with the 13000k bulbs. It's on continuously but at a really low visibility. When the low beam is on, I can only see maybe about 3 feet away from the car. The light itself produces 4 streams in different directions. It's horrible. Are you saying that it's not suppose to turn on? Cause the 6000k set I got turns on for a second and shuts right off. Maybe the bulbs' aren't bad then.

they aren't interchangeable so you should have all sorts of problems when you put the D2X in your car.
D4C or D2C is just basically the generic universal base that some manufactures like to use.
DxR & DxS are supposed to have different "notches" so you can't lock into the wrong head lights
again, just get D4S bulbs and you'll be fine, yes expect some loss in light output, but not significant enough to be hazardous on the road, not to mention you have HID fogs too.
that's exactly the setup i have now and it's working just fine, 6000k low&fog

6000k HID problem
Hi,
I recently ordered and installed a set of 6000k D4C bulbs from IJDMTOY and for some reason the brightness of it has significantly decreased compared to my 4300k bulb. Also I can only see about 3-5feet distance and shows 4-6 stream of lights in different direction. Is this suppose to be normal or have I gotten a defective bulbs?
P.S. Is D4C the same as D4S?
Thanks.

D4C is a generic base that fits both D4S and D4R housing.

Before the purchase I did read up about the difference between the 2 bulbs. But I didn't expect it to be that much of a difference tho, it feels as if I no longer have HID with these D4C bulbs in place and to make it worst I have 4-6streams of lights. Maybe I need to adjust my headlights or something to fix that problem cuz before with my 4300k, I didn't have many streams of light like this.
I'll post up tmr when I try to adjust my headlight, maybe that may help???

Hey, sorry for the late reply. I figured out what was the problem...apparantly the bulbs were not aligned properly. Once aligned in the properly place, everything turned out perfect.
