Trunk wouldn't open today. Not by keyfob, not by touch, not by drop-down. Took it to a nearby Lexus dealership (not mine). They were nice enough to take a look at it. After about an hour, a seemingly uninformed service advisor told me I need a new junction box and that it would be in by the end of the wk. He really didn't explain what/where the junction box is, why it would go bad on a car w/15,000. Has anyone else had a trunk just stop working?

Yup, electronics fails randomly, it can fail at 1 mile or last a lifetime.
