My biggest complaint is of my own doing - I owned two BMW's prior to my GS. I was spoiled by their handling though I realize the GS was never meant to compete directly in that area. Other than that, I wish it had fold-down rear seats, but knew its limitations going in. I have had no rattles, and brake dust was resolved with the new pads resulting from the TSIB. It's 8/10.

Thumbs up Lexus has really stepped up!

I did a lot of homework before buying my GS 350 only a few weeks ago. I've owned a '03 BMW M3, '04 BMW 745Li, and i currently own an '03 Mercedes SL 500, and an '06 Range Rover HSE. I know luxury cars, and the main reason i have not owned a Lexus prior, is due to the horrible exterior designs (IMO).

The obvious comparisons to the 350 are:
- E Class
- 5 Series
- Audi 6 Series

In my opinion, Lexus has outdone all 3 competitors in overall exterior design, and interior comfort, luxury, and power since the '06 engine upgrade.

Also the MPG with the Lexus is excellent in comparison to any of the competitors while still producing 303HP. Thats incredible. I agree with everyone else on the thread in regards to some of the negatives, but overall in comparison to the other 3 choices in this category, its a no brainer.

Better MPG.
Great Power.
Good Handling.
Best Bang for your Buck.

I give the GS 350 a 9 out of 10 (because there is always room to improve)

Biggest problem is poor GPS directions. New version will be out in November and I will try it.
