I have seen the DIY oil change posts and was trying to figure out what the 65mm oil cap is? Is it the black plastic "socket" deal used to remove the old Fram type oil filters?? The ones that snap onto a socket wrench?

Yes. As shown in this thread. 8th Picture from the top. In this case, it's a chrome plated one not the black plastic type. But samething.
