Well, I have both 300 and 350 and although there is a difference, it isn't enough to go through the trouble and expense of changing.
The brake upgrade is the biggest difference to me....but you can always improve the brakes on the 300.

I say get rid of those huge wagon wheels or get a bodykit but keep the car.
