I get the point of what it does but before I put down $500.00 what does it really do, I think it gives faster throttle performance but am I right or does it do more?

that's my guess too. i guess it does different mapping so for the same amount of gas pedal depression, it opens up the throttle differently. maybe also react to the rate of depression as well

It eliminates the throttle lag (throttle by wire system) and compensates to speed up response time of the accelerator. My friend wants to try it out on my car in the coming weeks. If I get a chance, I will let you guys know how it turns out. It's being tested on an IS250 as we speak.

Its going to increase throttle sensitivity and give you finer control on adjusting it.

Interesting that it's available for the LS600 and not the GS450. How would it work on a hybrid car?
