Can air pressure senors be transfered to new rims?

Default Can air pressure senors be transfered to new rims?
Hi everyone. I'm in the latter stages of choosing rims and thought about our cars air pressure sensors that are located somewhere in the rim or tire. Does anyone know what is done when aftermarket rims come into the picture?

the wheels you get have to be TPS compatible in order for you to transfer the TPS safely

a lot of wheels are compatible now, of course, still a lot that don't

My Work Varianza SC1 wasn't TPMS compatible so i had them drill holes for it. Only had them for a month but they seem safe to me :P

some wheels you can drill holes for TPS, but not all. a lot of work wheels you can

And sometimes all you'll need is some TPMS sensor adaptors (IForged makes them), to adapt your sensors to you new rims.

Ashanti also makes them but it didnt fit for some reason on the Work Rims. The guys at King Tires broke 3 of them :P
