Hi, I have a 06 GS300 and just installed VAIS, everything works great but now my windows are blinking so figured I need to re-sync them. Anyone know how this is done?

Something about holding all the buttons down for 5 seconds or something?

I am not sure, but for some reason, i think it is hold them up, not down.

I had mine done buy the dealer, I think he told me you push each button (roof included0 3 times, or hold each one 3 seconds

Just run them down and hold for 5 sec and do the same for up.

actually you will have to do each window individually and will hold down for 3 sec. and then hold up for 3 sec. and that should reset the auto function.

would like to know what you think of vias unit. i have the 06 gs300 and installed it. set it per instructions to cd emulation. plays fine, good text display and touch screen and steering wheel control. navigation is disappointing. was hoping for not only play list (which show up as disc numbers, not names) and by artist, by genre etc options which aren't there. did you end up with a similar configuration? no firware updates apply to my car i was told

Yes, you are correct! move each window individually from full down to full up or vise versa, and when its all the way to full open or closed (depending on which way your holding the button), continue to hold it for approx 3 sec., then go the opposite way.

each window has to be operated in both directions (full up & full down) to make the button lights stop flashing and the 1-touch function of the button operative.
