oh ok. i was hoping to have another CL member go from AZ.

btw - with regards to your fitment issues - i suggest going with a UAS setup so you have control over the height all you want.

Who cares what they think about your Lexus GS, your car looks classy and very mature! I wouldn't drop or raise it, looks perfect!

What is a MOD?

1. Usually reffered to cars. Getting your car fitted by various items under these catagories:-
Engine
Wheels
Body

2. An improvement.

3. To anger the police

I consider my GS modded to some degree; Tein SS coilovers, EDFC, FALCON RT-615 Tires, JDM VISORS, TINT, Tanabe Exhaust, K&N CAI, and my TOMS RACING CRAP that takes forever to ship from japan!

My Dad a neurologist and also the previous CFO of Crescent healthcare always took his modded Brabus S600 to meetings or to pick-up clients, it had; rims, ecu tune, brabus engine mods ,brabus body aero kit, a couple interior mods, brabus exhaust, and tint. He could care less what anyone thought about it the only part he hated was when his rims bent and and had to show up with a spare!

One time they had a client from Europe come, forget which country but he brought his 2 sons. They saw a Brabus S600 in the parking lot and asked the VP of sales who owned it. He then took them to my Dad and asked to see it, they spent like 2 hours and even went for diner and a drive just cause it was one of the cars they saw in a euro mag. They loved it and they also sold a contract for IVIG, it was big plus for the deal kinda depending on your viewpoint of image. On another note his patients and colleges respected him for who he was not for the 120,00+ car he drove.

Patients would care-less if you came in a Civic or a Ferrari Challenge Stradale, they just want to know you proficient in your profession.

I always thought my friends BMW 335i was modded just cause of tint and rims!

When I was in high school/middle school those cars where the teenagers dream, BMW M5, AUDI, Porsche Turbo, Mercedes S55/E55/C55/C32, even the 2nd gen GS was some peoples dream car, etc

If you where a teenager with all the money to spend and could afford the insurance would you take a Civic SI or a Mercedes CLK63 Black Series?

or maybe Southern California is just different!
