Should the 4GS be designed as a "four door coupe"?

The GS460 has a optional active suspension too, but it doesnt work nearly as well as BMW's.

not really, m3 sales weren't good, back in oct, almost all dealerships had 10-20 m3 in stock inventory, that was horrible. is-f sales are pretty comparable to m3 from what i notice

this year is bad for any manufacturer to sell expensive cars anyways, including mb, bmw, and lexus

The only luxury manufacturer that is still doing ok this year is Audi. Their sales number only drop by single digits in percentage while others drop by double digits. Audi is one of the few auto manufacturer who actually increase its world wide sales this year.

UPDATE:

Now that a concept has been leaked, do you think Lexus has done the right thing to keep the GS's profile more classic/conservative?

Yes, the front and rear are distinctive, but the profile is near identical to the current generation's design.

Philip... Where did that concept picture come from? I really like it, Having owned a 2GS and now having a 3GS, I really like how certain things have not changed much. Would hate to see the car lose too much of its identity. It still needs to look like a GS.

The 3GS right now have nothing special, just middle of the range car in middle of the pack.
I think the 4gs should have at least the motor of the is-f if not more
