So you guys just take the tires off one by one? Take off front left tire, paint the caliper, put on sticker, put tired back on, then take off the next one-repeat?

I agree - the logo is upside down. Simple test, stand in front of the tire, tilt your head 45 degrees toward the rear of the car, you should be able to read the logo. If you need to tilt your head towards the front, it's upside down. (If you don't believe me, look at porsche or MB calipers)

the logos are upside down. to do it right, the bottom of the WORDS should always face the same direction from a centric point of view. and if you look at all the name brand brakes like brembo, ap racing, stoptech, endless, etc... the bottom of the logo always point towards the center of the hub / rotor.
in your case, the passenger front was done right. the driver front was done wrong. using the lexus L logo as reference and always put it at the bottom of the caliper that's not the right way to do it
