Default 06 GS 300 and 350 body styles

Gotta random question...is there any difference in the body style of an 06 gs 300 and 06 gs 350? The reason i'm asking is it seems the 350's sit a little lower to the ground. Am i the only that sees it that way?? And can the rims on the 350 fit on a 300??

probably because the 350 has bigger rims to mess with your perceptions

and yes, all rims are interchangeable.

First, the GS300 debuted as a '06 model, and the GS350 replaced it as a '07+ model (you won't find a USDM 06 GS350). The only noticeable exterior difference is the GS350 has a sharkfin antenna, whereas the GS300 doesn't. The 350 motor is a lil' heavier, so that may add to the lower appearance.

just checked for you, GS350 is 259lbs heavier than the GS300, probably due to engine/brakes set up

but the overall height dimension is exactly the same, so.. just an illusion.

although one can get an '06 for a lot cheaper....i would recommend on getting an '07 if at all possible. the difference in power and braking is more than enough to convince anyone to spend a little more money.

besides, the '06 has more issues with rattles and crap!!

get a 350, you'll thank yourself.

haha, not like 07 or 08 are much better on the rattles (at least on some cars)

but yes, i wouldn't consider 300 at all. doesn't make sense even with price factor imho
