Uh-oh...........
I was at a light this morning and randomly my car stuttered. It felt like it was having a heart attack and shortly after that I started to hear squeaking from my dashboard... Today is a sad day =(

Could be...symptoms of bad gas include sputtering. The timing certainly is suspicious...bad gas filled up last night....sputtering this morning. Might be time to find out if others at that station have had problems but it's not like the attendant is going to tell you "yes, others have had problems."

But also and usually, bad gas won't result in one bad event like you experienced. If it were a tank full, you'll should have troubles throughout that entire tank on more than one occasion while the bad tank of gas makes its way through your vehicle.

1989Lexus, If I remember right, you pick up your GS a little after me. It was starting to get warm when you pick it up last year. This morning was in the low 30s, it was cold enough to for the dash squeak to start.
As for the bad gas, throw some fuel conditioner or octane booster in your tank and see if that helps.

Its the dash board clips they use, they are cheaper than the last generation GS'.
To fix the squeak, they dont replace the clips, what they will do is take your dash board out and pad everything with felt tapes. Make sure you ask them to do the upper and lower windshield clip TSB while they are at it. Thats TSB takes care of any present or future ticking noise.
