Price on Used GS350

I am looking at buying a 2007 GS350 with 14,593 miles, Nav, and Mark Levinson. I have negotiated a price of $33,988 for the car. It has a clean carfax and no damage or problems that I know of. Do you think this is a fair price for the car? Any opinions would be apprecaited.

I don't recall specifically reading this anywhere but if I may ask, what kind of # did you get when trading your GS? It was an '07, no?

No, its a 08 and I got $37500, but Between the $5200 in free year end option package from Audi, $3500 off MSRP and the 0.9% financing, I save almost $14000 on the new car.
