Yeah the market is bad to sell but good to buy right now. I just purchase my first immaculate 2006 GS300 blk/blk full options w/ ML system for $31K it had 31k miles. It was LExus CPO w/ an additional 3yr /100,000 mile warranty. Most people, including other dealerships, couldn't believe it.

Yeah back in April when I was looking for a blk/blk with Navi and ML the average price was around 35k. I bought a blk/blk with Navi and ML for 30k out the door with TTL. Incredible price drop on every car not only the GS in this market.

Lexus has always been conservative with resale values, especially in their leases. When my GS comes off lease, the residual will be $26k with 36k miles. So tack on profit & OH and it'll prolly sell for $30-32k. . .

We just picked up our '06 GS300 AWD, loaded with Nav, 18" wheels, 34.5K miles on it for $27K it wasn't a CPO because it was at an infinity dealer which is another reason it was cheaper but I'd have to agree it's a great time to buy.

You hit it right on the head. The economy sucks right now but dealers need to continue selling cars to stay afloat. You have to lower prices to get people in the door. It won't last.
