A few of my shots from the LA Auto Show...
It takes a while to fully absorb this car. Lots of details that aren't noticed until you actually "study" the car. Kinda like some movies, where they are twice as good the second time you seen them. The fitment and concavity of the wheels are awesome, as is the black pearl paint that covers the wheels and is also sprinkled throughout parts of the car. The aggressive front bumper flows well to the wider rear fenders, and does a great job of conveying power and speed. In my opinion, very well done.

saw it in person this weekend at the LA auto show and I think its nice, but it did not blow me away. I think the paint that 5 axis and a few other companies used on their display cars this year needs some serious evaluation. It looks like primer. It was funny to hear other peoples comments while I shot a few pics. Most thought it was cool looking, but the paint did not seem very popular. Although pretty bad ***, its not some lambo reventon

I see your point and it makes sense, but its not a concept vehicle . Its just a GS with a widebody kit and custom molded bumpers. I have seen many cocept cars with normal paint as well. I still think the paint was a big failure. It is the cars most visible character. The other cars I saw with this style was the 5 axis IS, and a ford GT. not impressed with the paint on any. different, but not my bag

it's just like seeing lf-a or other concept vehicles from honda or so and people started saying why the oversize wheels, silly small windows, etc... it's a concept

The rear fenders remind me of the 2nd gen which makes the car look like it had the crew working with the motto something wicked this way comes( correct motto?).
I wish Lexus would bring back the 2nd Gen GS one more time with the 5.0 from the IS-F and other goodies that the ISF uses and call it the GS-F and then all the germans and caddy lovers can go home 8)
