Default german blinkers?

anyone know how i can make my blinkers have the tap function like german cars? its just so convienent. sorry if this topic has been covered cant find it with the search function. If you dont know what im talking about, its basically when you use your turn signals you just tap them and they blink 3 times instead of turning it on and off.

nah I really doubt there is any cost effective way of doing this

those are built that way, not something you can program it to do.
