Did you remove the sealant and/or the swirl remover by hand? If so how did it do in regards to removing the scratches? My wife has some faint scratces around the door handle and I was curious to see if this stuff will do it?

Yes, I applied and removed both by hand. I usually use Meguiar's ScratchX product to remove swirls and minor scratches, but this time I was using Sonus SFX-2. It worked just as good as ScratchX.

looking good man. I get my car washed every week then bring it home and hit it with the zaino gloss enhancer.

after sfx-2 under certain angle i still see very fine swirls. did you use sfx-1 with fine pads to finish it up? i think that's crucial

Yep, you're right. The swirls are still there, but that is because I did not go for the swirls this time. I only applied sfx-2 to certain spots. I've had a few visible oxidation spots as well as some noticiable scratches. Those are now gone, and the swirls will have to wait till spring.

ah, icic, so got rid of the obvious for now

true though, winter is going to be pretty harsh on the paint, might as well wait for spring before the ultimate work
