Default Is a LSD (Limited Slip Differential) mod worth doing?

I know Tom's Racing has a LSD for our 3rd gen GS (expensive tho). Just wondering what you guys think - is this mod worth doing? Link below:

IMO not worth it unless you're 1) taking your GS to the track frequently or drifting or 2) have some significant power adders beyond OEM that cause you to have traction issues

If you don't do/have either of the above you won't see much benefit.

agree, just the lsd itself won't really get you squad for your daily driving. unless you push the car to the very limit on the track, lsd hardly really kicks in full force

when i had my gs400, i put on the supra rear end MAINLY coz' of the gear ratio (so the car was considerably faster). i wouldn't do just the lsd at all (not to mention the installation cost, it won't be cheap)

hah, are you running out of mod idea?

I'll do like 100 different mods before this will come to mind, just to think about the things you CAN buy with this

LOL

For me its worth it but even 1500.00 I'm still debating it!

I'm the only idiot here who actually pushes the GS to its limits and you only need it on hard corners otherwise don't even bother, I'm just tired of coming out of the apex, accelerating and having only 1 wheel just spin but if you plan to keep your GS for over 2-3 years get it but otherwise just throwing money into the dumpster I think!

Before I would get LSD I would get suspension mods, then high performance tires, more suspension mods, more BS, change your driving style, better high performance tires, tweak suspension, and then get LSD, lol

It will def help on hard corners and launches but what business does a GS driver have taking hard corners and launching a heavy luxury sedan? just my 0.2
