The headlight auto levels when you start the car, does it still do that? Changing the bulb should not change the headlight aim and you should not need to adjust the headlights. This is one of the reason I dont buy no name brand HID from Ebay, the foucs or the aim of your bulb is probably way off factory specs.

We should make a sticky that warns people that the highter the number, the less light output.

ReyRey, there is no manual adjustment that needs to be made other than exchange those bulbs.

yup.. unless you were pounding on your headlight or screw something up, changing the light bulb will not change the aim.
I think 90% of the people who change their HID knows the downside of it.
8000k is more blue than purple, if you want purple, get 6000k

Philips understands that going 8000k will make HID virtually useless, so they never go higher than 6000k in their product line.

Maybe i installed them wrong but they are definitely aiming at the ground... And for some 1 said the bulbs were no name, they are Garax bulbs made in Japan. There is no way these bulbs produce this low quality of light... It seems as if they are not getting enough power ? But i know for sure they are aiming at the ground because I am seeing these crazy beam patterns on the floor... I tested the light and the strongest beam is pointing like 2 feet in front of the car LOL...
Does it matter which way you install the bulb ?

Drive up to a white wall, and look at your cutoff. What you should see is the following,

If you see a different picture, then something is definately wrong. I also have Garax bulbs, but 6000K. When I put them on, I've noticed the difference right away. Its not as bad as OEM though.

Put your stock bulbs back in and check out the cutoff line tonight. If stock bulbs projects the light at a normal level than your new bulbs are bad or just incorrectly installed... if the stocks are pointing down than you might have adjusted the light some how...another thing, is there a ASF button flashing on your dash?

nah, no AFS light was flashing. I guess I will change the stocks back in but damn, that was such a mission changing them in the first place, lol... I have an appointment with Lexus of Orlando 2morrow to fix my dash rattles so I guess I will tell them to take look at the headlights...
Thanks for all your feedback guys, I appreciate it

OK, so I started adjusting the screw on the headlights with a #2 phillips and nothing seems to happen... The bubble doesnt even move up ... The bubble is all the way down at the bottom on the both left and right sides... I have the car on and lights on and still turning and nothing happens... Am i supposed to turn clock wise to raise the bubble or turn it counter clockwise to raise the bubble ?
