When painting the calipers are you painting just the front ones or is anyone painting the small rear one's as well?

You've got to do all of four of them or don't bother doing any of them, it will just look weird.

I painted all 4 this past weekend. Painted them black with silver Lexus decals. I wanted to go for a subtle or a "factory" look thats why I painted them black.

I bought G2 caliper paint from Ebay. Then bought the Lexus decals and place them on. I sprayed clear enamel for protection afterwards.

heres a pic of my car at the Holiday meet. the rears are painted too but since they are so small compared to the fronts, they're harder to see.

FYI......if you do paint the calipers, use the paint called G2!! its way better paint and doesnt fade or chip like others do. if i remember right, its about $40 bucks for a can (which can do the front and rears)

do all four. a member Gs250on22's did a lexus emblem overlay. It look solid. It makes the car look more high end. Kind of like when you see amg cars, you will always see the AMG logo on the calipers.

I painted all four using the G2 kit. I got it for short money from TireRack.com. It took about 2 hours to paint but I let the car sit on jack stands in the garage for 24 hours before I put the stickers on.

Here is the front.

here is the rear, however, when I do a brake job and replace the rear shims, I will loose the "L" emblem.
