Why would I start this? 
It is in the dealership again ...as we speak. And you know what I was told today? we already "fixed" your dash - Lexus doesnt pay twice for the same work, so we are not going to remove it again. However most noises are coming from the dash.

Mine is at the dealer now also. It has been 7 days... but the car has been in the for same problem twice...they thought they fixed it but they were wrong but they never give me a hassle about anything. But to answer the question, I have rattles and they are being fixed, some of them already fixed not sure about the 'for good' part though.

Please explain, how is it different? Dash rattles as you state???
The GS rattles like a 56 Chevy. Removing the pins that place guide the window in at the factory, padding the dash and all that crap is just that a crappy attempt to fix wasting time, money and irritating Lexus drivers. Your in BC, it is cold, rattles are much worse when cold. The TSBs are a joke. On top of that, do you know what they do to remove the dash? There is no way to do it with out some extra special detailing when you get the car back.
