Thats exactly what I mean, you pay a lot more for oem windshield and its no better than some of the aftermarket ones.

This same thing happened to me when I got the windshield replaced. I believe it's due to the new replaced glass sitting outside for a while and had a thin film that made it hard for the wipers to work effectively.

I gave it about 5-6 months and now it works just fine. It will eventually go away.
