will this fit on the front

19x9.5 +35...no fender mods except the liner if need be. will it require a streched tire to work? dont want streched tires.

I am ~2" lowered, no camber correction.

I'm pretty sure SanseiGS43 and flipside909 had 9.5's in the front with similar offsets. It requires a lot of fender work IIRC
