Default Interior LED

Does anyone know how to replace the LED where the sun/moon roof switch is? One of the LED lights that usually shines went out and not sure what the proper way is to take the LED out.

Thanks

this manual might help. shows you how to remove the personal light assembly and disassemble whatever is inside.

let us know if you're able to replace the led bulbs

don't bother
i tried to upgrade the LED light bulb to a brighter one,
and i discovered that all the factory LEDs were not replaceable.
you have to replace the whole IC board.

surely u can do it, but i'll say it requires experience to do it,
since all the LED are chained together on a small IC board.
but then, i don't think that's the real issue here.
the thing is each LED has their very own color, even though u can find identical votage and current LEDs.
replacing only 1 LED, i think the color difference is very obvious.
so u might have to replace all 6 LEDs, or even whole 9 LEDS if u really picky about it

Maybe you're still under warranty. 50K might be just powertrain, other components may be longer.

Thanks for all the information. I checked last night and the LED came back on again. Next time I drive by the dealer, I'll ask them about the warranty and see if the interior components are covered longer than the 50K.
