just got back from the dealership today, i had my squeaking brakes fixed and fuel injector changed. i had the tech check the car because of the vibrations. he checked the rims and everything under the car and said everything is perfect. the one thing is that my front right tire had a hump and put it in the back. i told him to change the tire and he said don't throw your money away its not the tire. he took the car on the highway and said that its a trembling feeling because the car is lowered and it changes the driveshaft. i don't know what to do should i give it a shot with the awd springs?

There are no such things as "AWD springs", that's just how they are marketing them. Unless you plan on somehow violating the laws of physics, there's not much you can do.

I've never really noticed excessive wheel gap when I had my wheels on. I will be sure to post pics as soon as I put them back on, in about 4 weeks. Would my car look better lowered 1.5", sure-but I'll pass at the cost of a smooth ride.

not true. i ran air ride on my previous car which was a daily driver for nearly 3 years. through winter and all with a 30 mile commute each way to work. if you maintenance the kit properly (ie drain water trap and tank regularly) then you wont have problems.

Normally, AWD owners with lowering springs and stock wheels don't have highway vibration or "trembling" issues. Did the dealer perform a radial and lateral road force balance on a Hunter GSP 9700? Sometimes the techs are lazy and they only perform a spin balance. Do you have the pre and post test print outs? You should also have them perform a wheel and tire runout test.

Maybe your Tein springs are defective? If not, I would recommend putting the car back to stock. If the vibration issues still exist than you can bring it back to the dealer for warranty repair. If for whatever reason they cannot fix the issue, you should consider getting rid of it. Unsolvable vibration issues on a new car is terrible!

and the result looks good:

I wonder why they can't make F springs for the GS AWD

look at the stance on this bish

This might be a long shot, but if you have still have a vibration on your stock springs, there's a chance that you could have a bad motor mount. A motor mount can cause a vibration through your whole car. Just something you could check.

Do a search. It's not a big coincidence that a ton of other people have had vibration issues with the AWD model after lowering it. It isn't the motor mount.

I searched and realized a lot of people had vibrations, which concerned me. So instead of doing it myself, I took it to my friend, a former Lexus master tech and wanted a bigger drop so I lowered my AWD on DF210 and don't have a single vibration like a lot of others do.

Having no vibrations can be done. It worked for me or I'm just fortunate.
