Default 2008 GS 350 deals

Good day to all!...

Went to carsdirect.com today and checked on the 2008 GS (in Northern California) - you can get ~$9.5K off MSRP for 2008 GS base. Possibly, not a bad deal - I will have to think about that one... (FYI).

9.5 thousand off MSRP? That's a serious deal. Is that brand new or lightly used?

I am sure carsdirect quotes new cars only......that is the best gs deals we have ever seen, tough economy is responsible for this and of course that is instant depreciation on used cars as well....

That's in Cali though... here in Memphis I doubt I could get anything close to that since there's only 1 dealer within 100-150 miles of here.

The Hyundai Genesis has been looking pretty good to me recently but if I can only get ~3 grand off that and can get ~9.5 grand off the Lexus GS then they become almost equally priced option for option and in that case of course I'd go with the Lexus.

maybe the $5000 dealer incentive mentioned in the other thread is real.

you can probably even go for $11,000 off base.
