IS350 definitely feels much more fun to drive than the GS350...but if you are looking for something more roomy n luxuorious...why not opt for slightly used LS460?

Well, thanks again, everybody.

As far as a slightly used LS, that's too big and still too expencive, even for a slighly used one. I did not want to spend more then $42K.

Last week I bought an 08 GS350 AWD. I was able to take advantage of that $5K factory-to-dealer rebate. I paid $41,6 fo the car with MSRP of a little over $53K. It has Navi w/ML stereo, XM radio installed. They also put the ClearBra on it.

So far I love the car and I think with your help I made the right choice for me.

Arnieosp,
Congrats, I believed you made the right choice. Enjoy the ride... Oh, did you the 18" wheels. Those are much nicer than the 17" wheels.

No, the car had 17 inch on it. The ride is still pretty stiff, though. Those run-flat tires...

i hope the next time i buy a car, it will be during a huge recession.

over 22% off! that's just great.

then again, this car feels about right in the low $40k high $30k range.
I think cars in this class are overpriced.
