Default Help with buying 07 gs350

Hi, folks, first post here. I'm looking to purchase a gs350. Dealer has a 07 gs350, black with 40k miles. They are asking $32.8k for it. It is CPO.

Fully loaded, ML, Nav, Spoiler, etc.

Does this seem like a good price? What is a good price for a car with these options?

Thanks

Thanks for the info. Only reason I don't want the 06 430 or 300 is that they use a timing belt vs the chain on the newer motors. That sounds like a great price though.

last may i got a gs 300 awd with the same options but only 20k for $35,500.
Btw, CPO is BS, you get the same level of coverage without it.
although i don't think it's needed, but i won't say it's BS. you get more warranty on this particular cpo car

I beleive the gs350 and 430 (even the 300) all have chains.....

I have to agree with rominl. I bought a 06 gs430 19k mi CPO at lex dealership loaded except precollision system. I bought the extended warranty 7yrs/100,000mi. Total cost 36.5k OTD. The nav acts up a month later, brought it in for repair, cost $5,500 but it's free. So CPO vehicle goes a long way.
